Tsukemen Soup Base (Dipping Ramen)
Tsukemen is the dipping ramen. You cook noodles same way as ramen and drain then rinse with cold water and serve on the plate. To make one serving of Tsukemen broth, dilute 2 Tablespoons (36 grams) into 2/3 cup of hot water and mix well. Add topping into the broth. Then dip small amount of noodle into the broth. You can also enjoy Tsukemen base as the cooking broth by just diluting 2 teaspoons (12 grams) into a cup of hot water. You can make 8 servings of Tsukemen broth or 24 servings of cooking broth out of one bottle.
