Our tonkotsu ramen soup base is no MSG added. To make one serving of ramen, dilute 2 Tablespoons (36 grams) into hot water and combine with cooked fresh noodle. You can also enjoy as pork broth by just diluting 2 teaspoons (12 grams) of concentrate into a cup of hot water. You can make 8 servings of ramen broth or 24 servings of pork broth out of one bottle.
