Our shio ramen flavor is chicken-based flavor. We roast the fresh green onion and extract flavors in chicken fat and create new flavor that goes perfect with ramen. The flavor is lighter but very strong. You can also use the shio flavor as chicken broth. Just dilute 2 teaspoons and add a cup of hot water to use as a broth. Our shio flavor is gluten-free, no added MSG or preservatives. For a tasty ramen broth, simply stir in 2 tablespoons of our shio flavor with some hot water. Cook your ramen noodles separately in boiling water, then add them to the broth for a delightful meal.
