Oiled Chili-Pepper has originally been developed for the Sushi-Chef to make ‘Spicy Mayonnaise’ for their tuna rolls. Only the separated part of oil is used to get the beautiful color for spicy mayo. Then we noticed that it can be used just like a hot sauce by mixing well. Our ‘Oiled Chili-Peppers’ increase only the spiciness but no other flavor. Add small amount and mix well whenever the spicy taste is desired. It works well with meat, seafood, soup, pasta sauces, rices, noodles… Almost anything if you liked spicy.
