Our ramen broths are no MSG added or chemical to boost up umami flavor (I+G or HVP). You can make restaurant quality ramen noodle at home quickly with fresh noodles. To make one serving of ramen, dilute 2 Tablespoons (36 grams) into hot water and combine with cooked noodle. You can make 8 servings of ramen broth out of one bottle. 4 flavors available.

Based on the valuable comments and responses we’ve received from sampling at farmer’s market, we have developed new item,  Concentrated ‘Low Sodium Chicken Broth’ It’s 140mg sodium, no maltodextrin, no canola oil and no xanthan gum added to make this broth. Just 1/2 teaspoon (2.8 grams) makes one cup of low sodium chicken broth. It makes 100 cups from one small bottle and last for long long time. Currently available only at online store.
