Ramen soup base is a pork-chicken flavor based noodle broth for the ramen noodles. It can be used as is by just reconstituting into hot water but it can also be customized by adding other ingredients such as ‘Miso’ or ‘Soy Sauce’ Please see the recipe for some recommended applications.
